For over 25 years, I worked as a senior marketing and communications executive in leading international companies such as IBM, T-Systems/ Deutsche Telecom, Turkish Telecom, TAV Airports Holding, Praktiker, CHEP/ Brambles Group,IDC. Throughout my career, I led transformation projects for global brands and collaborated with multicultural teams, gaining deep insight into the dynamics of the corporate world.
This professional journey showed me that sustainable success is not driven by performance alone, but is equally rooted in inner balance, emotional intelligence, meaning, and awareness.
My academic journey began with Business Administration at Marmara University, following my education at Private Işık High School. To strengthen my international perspective, I completed the Marketing Certificate Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
I further deepened my expertise in management and marketing through: MBA at the University of Hartford & Executive MBA at Bahçeşehir University
With a focus on leadership and social impact, I earned an international leadership certificate through the Common Purpose – Meridian Leadership Program (M8). During the same period, I completed the Fundraising and Resource Development Program at The Resource Alliance & Fundraising School.
As my professional career evolved, my growing interest in human inner dynamics, awareness, and transformation naturally led me toward coaching and holistic development.
In this path, I completed:
A long-term Personal Awareness and Self-Development Program at the School of Transformational Coaching,
Personal development training at Landmark,
ICF-accredited Professional Coaching Certification.
Additionally, I have pursued extensive training in mindfulness, energy awareness, transformational psychology, spiritual coaching, career coaching, and holistic development.
Inspired by my own transformation journey, I founded Soul Power Hub.
Today, as a professional who understands the business world deeply and as a coach embracing a holistic approach, I support individuals, leaders, and teams in gaining clarity and awareness, enabling them to unlock their full potential.
My purpose is to help people align with their inner power and create more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
